Yam’s Treasure: Where Gastronomy Meets Elegance

Award winning Executive Chef Kelvin Yam will curate a special dinner for us that will perfectly paired with the chef’s choice of wines. Dinners at Yam’s treasure showcase the 7 cooking methods for Chinese Cuisine: Steam, Blanch, Sear, Braise, Poach, Roast, and Grill. Tickets available through EventBrite: $125 USD + fees: $135.23 USD. (Additional fees may be added by other countries – we are sorry, we cannot control that.)

Seating is limited to 55 RWAF members. (Remember, spouses are also RWAF members!) If you are not yet a member of Rotary Wine Appreciation Fellowship, please register as a member first, then sign up for the dinner. Non-members may have their reservations cancelled.

Dress is Business Casual and up

  1. I tried to register a number of days ago and there appeared to be tickets available, but I could not get my registration to go through or be finalized.

    1. There is currently a waitlist for tickets – we have 10 people on the waitlist and 3 tickets. I have been notifying those on the wait list and they have 24 hours to reply. Any tickets unsold after 8 PM Central Time US on 5/25 (9 AM on Sunday morning in Singapore) will be available on a first come basis from Conrad at the booth.
