As you know, we have been transitioning our website and member database. We're happy to announce that our new technology partner serving as our membership software, with more than 5000 customers worldwide, is called ClubRunner. They are headquartered in Toronto and focus heavily on the club and association software markets.
With this new membership system, navigating member resources will be much simpler. However, there are a few housekeeping items to address! Keep reading for more
Log In:
- When you go to our website (RotaryWine.org), you will see the public facing page. Some things are private, like the ability to find other members and past issues of the newsletter, not to mention the ability to sign up for events (more on that later).
- YOUR FIRST STEP is to log in using the Member Login link in the gray bar at the top right corner of the webpage.
- NEXT, click on Forgot Login? and the system will send you an email to recover/reset your password. If your email address is not found, please contact us at hello@rotarywine.org with your name and the email address you think is being used and we can find out what's wrong.
After you log in, you will see some new sights. Here's a couple to try out:
- New Member Experience - We're happy to report that it will now be easier to access member-only resources. Upon logging in, you will be able to access the Member Dashboard where you will have quick link access to the most important.
- Your Member Profile - Your member profile is broken down in several tabs. We encourage you to start updating your profile with your most up to date information. Some of the information that you may have previously entered (IE your Rotary Position) may not appear. Please take the time to edit your profile and complete all relevant fields. It will now be easier than ever to contact other people using our website.
- Coming soon - Groups/Chapters - Local Chapters will become groups within the system. Within each group/chapter, you can view and download group related documents and register for events. View the groups you are part of on your dashboard. More on this soon to those that have already formed local chapters.
EVENTS
- To see the events, from your Member Resources page, look for the blue View All Events button
- If you are interested in the Calgary Wine Tour, please register for the free ticket: the registration for the tour will be done through a tour company, but this will be the start of your journey for this amazing trip.
- If you are interested in one of the three wine dinners - we'll have those set up soon. The dates are set - we are just finalizing the locations and menus. Watch for future newsletters for when the signup will be open.
To get back to the home page, use the person icon in the upper right corner and click "Rotary Wine Appreciation Fellowship"
