We will be concluding our week of convention activities with a quality dining experience in the elegant style of the Song Dynasty, where booming humanities and gourmet cultures were at their peak, in what was called the Chinese Renaissance. The gathering of scholars and literati made this (Hangzhou) cuisine representative of Chinese fine food culture. Tien Hsiang Lo features the four arts from the Song Dynasty - tea, flower arranging, painting, and incense, filling every corner of the space with the ultimate taste of life that people admired.
This comprehensive menu will feature multiple appetizers, Seafood, Soup, Main Dishes (Shrimp-stuffed Chicken, Scallops, Kyoto-Style Pork & Beef Ribs), Dim Sum, and Dessert. The wines have been curated with one of Taipei’s resident Sommeliers, who has hand-selected wines not found on the menu (5 wines from Italy , with a finishing toast from the Douro Valley in Portugal). This evening has been orchestrated to cap off your 5-day experience of the best Taipei has to offer. This evening will be limited to 85 attendees.
Tien Hsiang Lo has been recognized by MICHELIN 2025, and Wine Spectator (2 Glasses).
